IHVN emerges 24th top company to work for in Nigeria

The Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN) has been ranked 24th in the “Jobberman Top 100 Companies to work for in Nigeria Survey for 2016.” Over 2,000 employees and professionals ranked organizations based on job satisfaction, staff welfare, company culture, equal opportunity policy, career growth prospects amongst others factors.

Chief Executive Officer of, Mr. Ayodeji Adewunmi in a congratulatory letter to the Institute noted that the Institute is being recognized for its valuable work in staff welfare and excellent performance. “Your efforts will help increase the awareness of the need for better working conditions in the workplace,” he said.

imagesIHVN was one of the seven non-profit organizations that made the top 100 companies and one of the 28 with indigenous Chief Executive Officers. Other companies in the top 25 include General Electric, Airtel, Ericsson, Google, Shell, GTBank, First Bank, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), KPMG, Exxon Mobile and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Others in the 100 list include Dangote Group, MTN, Zenith Bank and ECOWAS.

In response to the recognition, IHVN Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, Mr. Charles Olalekan Mensah stated that it is refreshing to know that the efforts of the Institute to build a world-class workforce is being noticed and rewarded.
