Unit Head
Mr. Hosea Sukkushe


The HR unit is responsible for managing the Human Resources of IHVN. This is done through management support services in the key areas of, Staffing and staff development which is responsible for recruitment, selection/placement processes, staff orientation, postings/transfers, discipline, assessment and staff performance, record keeping, leave management, capacity building and training.

Staff Benefits is responsible for staff insurance, health insurance, general insurance and retirement benefits, etc.

Lastly, the Employee Relations manages staff interpersonal relationship, communication, industrial relations, conflict management, attendance/movement management, provision and implementation of staff policies, organization, and management of all ad hoc and temporary staff.

Overall, the Human Resources Unit ensures that staff are treated with empathy, equity, and fairness; good working conditions of staff are in order, consciously and continually aims to improve the quality of working life of staff by increasing motivation, sense of satisfaction and teamwork with a view to increasing productivity and achieving the organizational goals.
