JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Carry out quarterly review of Sub-recipients and follow up on audit issues from the previous quarters.
  • Submit quarterly reports on the quarterly audit review, to communicate our findings and recommendations to the partners including Sub-recipients (SRs) for their responses.
  • Assist in carrying out physical verification of company’s assets on a bi annual basis both at IHVN offices and sites and document your findings
  • Assist in carrying out departmental review of Head office operations (Administrative, Finance, Procurement, Human Resource, Training, Grants and Information Technology (IT) departments) to ensure adherence to standards/policies guiding their operations.
  • Assist in Regional and State offices review with emphasis on system and operating environment.
  • Perform any other function as may be assigned by the unit head from time to time

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Head Office operational review and evaluate whether or not internal controls are sufficient and working as intended, operating procedures are being performed consistently and efficiently, and activities within the IHVN (both at central and regional levels) comply with regulatory requirements, legal standards, and standard operating policies.
  • Follow up on issues raised and ensure that recommendations are implemented for improving internal controls, operating efficiency, and the adequacy of records and record-keeping.
  • Prepare working tools for System strengthening unit including risk assessment process, audit scope/schedule and reporting template for communicating results of audit finding.
  • Conduct internal review of Administrative, Finance, Procurement, Human Resource, Training, Grants, Central Warehouse and Information Technology (IT) units or departments to evaluate actual performances to ensure respective performances are in line with the goals and objectives of IHVN and respective operating policies.
  • Carry out review of general ledgers and trial balance using Sage 300 ERP.
  • Carry out age analysis on receivables and payables using Sage 300 ERP and recommend appropriately.
  • Review of all Regional and State offices on a quarterly basis with emphasis on system and operating environment.
  • Review of Grant sub-recipients’ activities and follow up on audit issues from previous quarters’ reviews.
  • Where necessary carry out third-party confirmation of vouchers and supporting documents.
  • Perform any other functions as may be assigned by the unit head from time to time.

Job Description

Software Developer Officer will oversee designing, testing, and implementing new and updated software programs. Their duties include optimizing software application performance, installing updates, and performing debugging procedures.

Software Developer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other computer specialists to create optimum software.

Job description & SOW

  • Maintaining working components through repair or replacement.
  • Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties.

  • Support the development and maintenance of information security roadmap covering all cyber security domains including defense-in-depth, network security, identity and access management, cloud security, data security, application security, cyber security analytics, endpoint security, and compliance.
  • Actively monitor, review, and respond to alerts from various information security platforms and tools.
  • Monitor & track regulatory and industry developments around cyber security and privacy.
  • Respond to information security incidents through participation on the internal Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT).
  • Perform risk assessments and work with stakeholders to implement measures to mitigate risk.
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and provide prioritization and guidance for remediation.

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of broad IT experience with a minimum of 5 years focused on information security.
  • Experience working in multiple security domains (Security and Risk Management, Security Operations, Communications and Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, etc.).
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple work streams and initiatives in parallel.
  • Technical or architectural experience with cloud solutions is considered an asset.
  • Experience with cyber security risk management including conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation recommendations, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Security Governance, Risk and Compliance, and security audit practices.
  • Understanding of Information Security standards and IT frameworks (ISO27000, NIST, CoBIT, ITIL, etc.).
