The EXCEL Rite Project has hosted two webinars to empower health workers and researchers with knowledge and sills for excellent research ethics practices.

Research Ethics Don, Dr. Chiedozie Ike facilitated the first webinar which held on 11th July, 2025 with topic, “Benefits of Visibility of Institutional Research Policy and Guidelines.”

The second webinar focused on “Navigating Data Privacy Rights, Institutional Interests and Intellectual Property in the Context of Health Research in Nigeria” and was anchored by Law Lecturer, Dr. Aishatu Adaji. It held on 26th September 2025.

More than 50 attendees participated in the webinars.
